The epic of the Kreshniks, is a cycle of legendary songs accompanied by the lute, centered on two brothers, Muji and Halili. This epic, which constitutes an important part of the legendary Albanian epic in general, lives not simply as an honored and precious ethno-cultural relic, but mainly for the great message it brings - resistance in the name of freedom, the right and of dignity, - as well as for high artistic values.
